1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jilil ("jilil," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilil online casino platform available at jilil.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilil account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify jilil customer support of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities, transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your jilil account, whether authorized by you or resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. jilil shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account credentials.

Withdrawal requests may be reversed if jilil determines that the requesting account has violated any provision of these Terms.

Processing timeframes for withdrawals vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within ten (10) minutes to two (2) hours; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours during banking business days. Processing times exclude weekends, Philippine public holidays, and circumstances beyond jilil's reasonable control including payment processor delays or banking system interruptions.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All financial transactions on the jilil platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, where necessary, will be performed at prevailing exchange rates determined by jilil's payment processors. jilil does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond jilil's control. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your withdrawal request.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

jilil's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilil Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to jilil during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to jilil Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jilil shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting jilil customer support before initiating formal legal proceedings. jilil commits to investigating and responding to all user complaints within reasonable timeframes.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. jilil's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilil regarding your use of jilil Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
